Maple Villa II is a contemporary 120 m² villa for up to six guests, thoughtfully designed across two levels to combine modern comfort, privacy and an exceptional connection with the surrounding Cretan landscape.
The villa features three beautifully furnished bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a spacious open-plan living and dining area, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Large panoramic sliding glass doors allow natural light to fill the interiors and create a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
The kitchen is modern, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Beside the kitchen, a charming outdoor area surrounded by tropical plants.
The outdoor area is designed for relaxed days by the private pool, with four premium and comfortable sun loungers in soft earthy tones, two large comfortable poufs and two umbrellas providing both comfort and shade.
One of the most distinctive features of Maple Villa II is its exceptional views. The landscape unfolds beautifully from both levels of the villa. From the pool and ground-floor outdoor area, guests can enjoy an open and captivating view of the surrounding mountains and sea. Upstairs, the spacious panoramic terrace offers the same extraordinary setting from a higher perspective, creating a truly special place to enjoy the landscape throughout the day.
Whether you are having breakfast, relaxing by the pool, enjoying an afternoon drink or watching the colours of the Cretan sky at sunset, the views remain an integral part of the experience at Maple Villa II.
One of the highlights of Maple Villa II is its location. The villa is situated just 300 metres from the centre of Plakias, allowing you to enjoy the peace and privacy of your own villa while being within easy walking distance of the village.
From the villa, guests can easily reach local tavernas, cafés, shops and everyday amenities, while the beautiful coastline and beaches of Plakias are also close by.

Plakias is approximately 110 km from Heraklion International Airport (HER), with a driving time of around 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions. From Heraklion Airport, follow the signs towards Rethymno and then continue south towards Plakias. From Chania International Airport (CHQ), Plakias is approximately 95 km away, with a driving time of around 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours. Follow the national road towards Rethymno and then continue south towards Plakias. From Heraklion Port, Plakias is approximately 110 km away, with a driving time of around 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours by car. From Chania Port, the distance is approximately 100 km, with a driving time of around 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours. Plakias can also be reached by public bus, usually via Rethymno, where you can connect to a bus towards Plakias. Bus schedules vary depending on the season, so we recommend checking the latest timetable before travelling. Taxi and private transfer services are also available from Heraklion or Chania Airport and from the ports. If you would like assistance arranging a private transfer, please contact us in advance. Once you arrive in Plakias, the village centre, restaurants, cafés, shops and the beach are all easily accessible. A car is recommended if you would like to explore the beautiful south coast of Crete and its surrounding beaches and villages. Before your arrival, we will send you detailed directions and all the information you need to reach your villa easily, including the exact location and arrival instructions.
