Spanning 130 square metres across two beautifully designed levels, Maple Villa I has been thoughtfully created to offer generous living spaces where elegance, comfort and privacy come together effortlessly.
A beautiful wooden staircase connects the two floors, while expansive floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors allow natural light to flow throughout the villa, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere from morning until evening.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests and features three luxurious master bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort for every guest. Two master bedrooms are located on the upper floor, while the third is conveniently situated on the ground floor with direct access to the outdoor area.
The open-plan ground floor combines the living room, dining area and fully equipped contemporary kitchen into one inviting space designed for spending quality time together. A separate guest WC, as well as a dedicated laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, provide additional convenience throughout your stay.
Upstairs, one of the master bedrooms features a unique relaxation corner positioned beside the panoramic window, creating the perfect place to read, unwind or simply admire the spectacular scenery. The spacious panoramic veranda, furnished with a comfortable outdoor lounge, offers breathtaking views of the Libyan Sea, the iconic Paligremnos cliff and the surrounding mountains.
Outside, the private swimming pool is surrounded by six premium sun loungers, sun umbrellas and beautifully landscaped outdoor areas, creating a peaceful setting where every moment invites relaxation.

Plakias is approximately 110 km from Heraklion International Airport (HER), with a driving time of around 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions. From Heraklion Airport, follow the signs towards Rethymno and then continue south towards Plakias.
From Chania International Airport (CHQ), Plakias is approximately 95 km away, with a driving time of around 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours. Follow the national road towards Rethymno and then continue south towards Plakias.
From Heraklion Port, Plakias is approximately 110 km away, with a driving time of around 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours by car. From Chania Port, the distance is approximately 100 km, with a driving time of around 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours.
Plakias can also be reached by public bus, usually via Rethymno, where you can connect to a bus towards Plakias. Bus schedules vary depending on the season, so we recommend checking the latest timetable before travelling.
Taxi and private transfer services are also available from Heraklion or Chania Airport and from the ports. If you would like assistance arranging a private transfer, please contact us in advance.
Once you arrive in Plakias, the village centre, restaurants, cafés, shops and the beach are all easily accessible. A car is recommended if you would like to explore the beautiful south coast of Crete and its surrounding beaches and villages.
